How you got started at CFSC: Traditional gyms were not working for me. I would get bored and stop going. CrossFit was fun with the added bonus of variety, encouragement etc.
Favorite CrossFit movement: Hang power cleans
Least favorite CrossFit movement: Thrusters!
Favorite healthy food/meal: Spaghetti squash with meat sauce or meatballs.
Favorite part about CFSC: The way it helps my mental health. I make it a point to come in, even on days I don’t feel like it, and not once have I regretted it.
Something we don’t know about you: I love hot weather. I grew up in Ecuador, so I thrive in the heat lol… in winter, not so much 🙁 Keep me in your thoughts this winter.
Words of wisdom for people who are new to CrossFit or interested in trying it: It can be hard at times, but keep at it, it becomes a part of your normal life and routine and it completely makes your life better.

Favorite part about CFSC: Camaraderie among instructors and students.
