Favorite Part about CFSC: I absolutely love the coaches!! Each one of them impact my life in different ways, and help me become a better person.  I truly love their personalities, as they are all different! Thank you for putting up with my tardiness, my bad math, and my “jokes.”
I have made some of my best friends here and am so lucky to meet other amazing people every day.  I hope to get a strict pull up eventually because I really really really want Brian to hand deliver me my one dollar bill!!

Something we don’t know about you: I am from a family of 12. My parents adopted 9 kids had three biological.
I am the oldest, but I was the third to last to be adopted.  I was actually 17 when I came to their family.
I’m in the midst of writing a book about my journey.  I was always embarrassed to tell my story, but I now want to tell it in hopes it will help others who may struggle along the way!

Words of wisdom for people who are new to CrossFit or interested in trying it:  To live laugh and have fun when you’re here!  It’s not about how fast you go, how much weight you lift, or if you Rx a wod… It’s about you!!
