Most Americans struggle with their weight loss goals. It’s because they are focusing on the wrong things.
They are focused on;
-foods they can’t eat
-drinks they can’t have
-waking up early to get to the gym
-going to the gym after work when they want to be going home after a long day
-not having as much fun going out with friends
-not knowing how to start
-getting hurt while exercising
-eating more vegetables
-getting hot and sweaty during exercise
-getting sore muscles
Instead, I would suggest that you focus on;
-new foods to enjoy
-new drinks you never tried
-a more clear mind from exercise
-better sleep
-more confidence
-waking up feeling well rested
-not feeling sluggish in the middle of the day
-feeling happier
-feeling of accomplishment after doing hard things
-the body you’re working towards
Stop focusing on what you’re losing and start to focus on what you’ll become!
