Favorite CrossFit movement: Olympic Lifts
Least favorite CrossFit movement: Airdyne

Favorite part about CFSC: The positive atmosphere. I come to 6 AM mostly and it’s great to start off your day with a positive attitude and a great workout.
Something we don’t know about you: I was in the Army and lived in both Germany and Afghanistan for a year.
Words of wisdom for people who are new to CrossFit or interested in trying it: Just show up. You don’t have to think about what you are going to do or how to do it. There is a coach who has already thought of the workout and will show you how to do it. If you can’t do it, they will have something else for you to do. It’s really as simple as committing 1 hour to your health and following instructions with some effort.
