Where do fun and fitness collide? Kids Unplugged will provide your child a fun and challenging environment. During our Kids group classes, we will grow our foundation with age-appropriate exercises to not only strengthen their fitness but also have fun!
We will focus on speed, strength and endurance. Perfect for youth sport athletes – softball, football, soccer, or just something better than playing Roblox.
A) 6-9 year olds “CrossFit Kids” 40 minutes classes
This class will focus on movement and fun; kids will spend their time breaking a sweat moving their bodies! Age-appropriate exercises will be introduced to show your child enjoyment through fitness.
B) Group 1: 10+ year olds “CrossFit Youths” 60 minutes classes
Group 2: 10+ year olds “CrossFit Youths” 60 minutes classes
In this class, we will begin to up their intensity with strength and conditioning workouts. Kids will be introduced to more things around the gym as well.
