Our CrossFit program is designed for everyone regardless of experience.
We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease, full time mom’s, military, police officers, fire fighters, people fighting obesity, and those just looking for something different. We’ll modify the movements and intensity to fit the your abilities.
We have a philosophy when it comes to fitness. There are no shortcuts on the road to success. We believe in teaching people the importance of longevity. There is no such thing as an overnight success.
Our brand of CrossFit is an excellent program that emphasizes the importants of mechanics, consistency and intensity (in that order). All of our classes are coach led to help guide you to the best hour of your day. Your job is to come in, work hard, have fun and leave happy!
Those who are new to CrossFit are required to complete four, one-on-one 60-minute Personal Training sessions with one of our experienced coaches.
These sessions introduce new athletes to the basic movements of CrossFit and common barbell movements.
The emphasis of these sessions are technique and introducing the intense (but fun) nature of the CrossFit methodology. These one-on-one sessions will allow you to integrate EASILY and SAFELY into our regular CrossFit classes. The sessions are scheduled at a time convenient to you.
The cost of the On Ramp Course is $259 ($100 for addl. person) and includes

* Inbody 270 Body Composition scan
* Injury Prevention Exam
