Tuesday’s WOD 1-26-16

Next week starts our next 8wk strength cycle. We’ll be testing 1 rep max lifts next week for bench press, back squat, shoulder press and deadlift. We’ll then run the cycle on Mon/Wed. as part of our regular group class programming.

Strength: 5×3 weighted pull ups. Use medballs, belt w/weight, or weighted vest. Scale to unweighted, then pull ups with toes on box. 

WOD:
4 rounds
6 wall walks
12 box jump overs 24/20 (Jumping completely over the box)
18 wall balls 20/14
36 double unders
