Our brand of CrossFit is an excellent program that emphasizes the importance of mechanics, consistency and intensity (in that order). All of our classes are coach led to help guide you to the best hour of your day. Your job is to come in, work hard, have fun and leave happy!
Our programming is “goal based”. Each class will include 3 separate tracks for workouts that are based on your goals. All 3 tracks promise to be fun and challenging, while helping you to burn calories, lose fat and adding lean muscle.
