How long you have been a member at CFSC: About a year.

How you got started at CFSC: I was tired of people asking me if I was pregnant when I wasn’t. I figured I needed to workout.

Favorite CrossFit movement: Push jerks and overhead squats. I love shoulder work. 

Least favorite CrossFit movement: Burpees, bar-facing burpees, lateral burpees over the bar, burpee box jumps.

Favorite healthy food/meal: Salmon with asparagus and rice.

Favorite part about CFSC: My friends! They are seriously the best. 

Something we don’t know about you: I can lick my elbow.

Words of wisdom for people who are new to CrossFit or interested in trying it:  

1. Find a good gym with supportive coaches.

2. Find some friends at the gym. They’ll push you to work harder and get you to show up when you don’t want to.
