You can’t save your way to wealth.
This is a common financial saying in regards to saving money, building wealth. It means that although avoiding the $5 coffee and eating out a night less each week, is common advice people may offer, that advice isn’t really going to move the needle for people to live how they want to live, financially speaking.
I think the same can be said for your health.
You can’t save your way to health.
If you find yourself looking for the least expensive food and gym membership….most times, you get what you pay for.
If you disregard ways to help your mental and emotional health because it’s too expensive; I promise you, there will be a price to pay.
You’re either going to invest in your health now, or pay for it later.
