Name: Estevan E. Torres Jr.
Age: 28
How long you have been a member at CFSC: I originally started at CFSC back in July 26, 2014, but took a pause for school then started back on my 26th birthday May 20th, 2020.

How you got started at CFSC: One day I decided to work out at the gym to learn how to stay fit and healthy and saw CFSC was the closest gym that offered classes to new gym goers.

Favorite CrossFit movement: Bar muscle up

Least favorite CrossFit movement: Snatch

Favorite healthy food/meal: Banana, Apple, and Protein Shake post-workout

Favorite part about CFSC: I would have to say my favorite part about CFSC has to be the people, ranging from the other athletes to the coaches I have never been in such an accepting and friendliest place that encourages you to be your best and have fun.

Something we don’t know about you: I spend my free time volunteering to help young professionals through mentorship to provide guidance on achieving higher education and how to be successful in corporate America.

Words of wisdom for people who are new to CrossFit or interested in trying it: I would say give CrossFit a try, do not be so hard on yourself, and you only have one body treat it with love and respect. Working out really helps me clear my mental space and allows me to feel the progress I apply every morning.
