The #1 Way To Save Time And Accomplish More

Time.

It’s the #1 thing that people want more of; even before money.

However, we only get 1,440 minutes each day. How we use that time says a lot about what matters most to each of us.

When I hear why most people aren’t exercising, they say “time” is the reason. There don’t have enough of it.

“Not enough time” can also be the reason why you have never started that new business, gotten better at a skill, learned that new language, or seen that friend you’ve been saying that you need to see more often.

Have you ever done an audit on your time?

Are you too scared to see how much time you’ve wasted?

Are you ready to stop using “time” as an excuse for not getting what you want? If not, then stop reading. Because the next step is going to be daunting.

If you have an iPhone, go to Settings —> Screen Time and tap See All Activity under the graph. From there, you can see your usage, and see how many times a device was picked up or received a notification.

If you have an Android, go to Settings menu. Then, tap on or search for Digital Wellbeing and parental controls. As soon as you tap on this, you can see all of your recent screen time for all your apps.

Do the math?

How many hours each week or month are you wasting?

And this amount doesn’t include the hours not on your phone, yet playing other computer games, binging on Netflix and watching 9 hours of college football on a Saturday.

You’re free to spend your time as you see fit, but if you’re not where you want to be in regards to your fitness, family, finances; anything…..

It’s not about a lack of time.

Stop wasting it.
