WOD:
Partner WOD
1 partner runs 1 mile while the other runs 800m. The 800m runner rests until the partner finishes the mile run.
Then they swap.
Next leg- 1 partner runs 1 mile while the other runs 600m. 600m runner rests until mile runner finishes. Then they swap.
Final leg- 1 mile run, partner runs 400m and swap.
