Favorite CrossFit movement: Rowing
Least favorite CrossFit movement: Overhead Squats – they are the absolute worst.
Favorite healthy food/meal: Are we supposed to say chicken and broccoli? That’s pretty good as long as you have a milkshake with it… 😀
Favorite part about CFSC: Great community! After my first time dropping in here, I never tried another box in Charlotte.
Something we don’t know about you: I used to row competitively in high school. My hometown is probably Canada’s biggest center for rowing.
Words of wisdom for people who are new to CrossFit or interested in trying it: Scaling is your friend. Main thing is to make sure you get a great workout and show up consistently, so don’t overdo it!

Something we don’t know about you: I will publish my first book in April! It’s about my childhood and I hope it will inspire others to not give up on life when things get hard!
