I know, you’re busy. You have the news 24/7 in your pocket.

Your spending hours each day on social media, wasting time.

Escaping.

You have a million things running around your brain that you want to improve.

Deciding where to focus your efforts on is the most important decision you can make.

If you’ve been trying to lose weight for years, either thinking about it, or actually hopping on and off the exercise bandwagon; and unable to stay consistent long enough to see the changes you hoping for…this is for you.

Work/life balance is a myth.

So is the balance of exercise/nutrition/life. You cannot separate them. They are all part of the same thing.

If you want the best life, you need the exercise and nutrition to be healthy. If you’re not healthy, the “life” part won’t matter much.

The same effort, put into two different things, has drastically different outcomes. The more things, the less impact you’ll make on each.
